How to read the opportunities

AI assistance
Draft, extract or summarize; people check the output.
Automation
Move data or trigger steps using agreed rules.
Human review
Keep judgment, approvals and accountability with people.

Illustrative opportunities, not promised capabilities. We assess each case against your workflow, data and existing tools before recommending AI, automation or a simpler fix.

01 / Delivered projects

Built and delivered. Clients kept anonymous.

From reading roof reports to generating customer quotes: two examples of turning a recurring business problem into a working tool.

A

Roofing contractor

Read the case

Misread pitches and measurements were costing real revenue.

The problem
Roof reports were being read and interpreted by hand. Pitches and measurements got misread, and every mistake flowed straight into materials and pricing.
What we delivered
An app that extracts the key information from roof reports and calculates the materials needed for the job.
Why it matters
Extraction and calculation follow one consistent method instead of manual interpretation, reducing the risk of misread values reaching materials and pricing.

B

Security panel company

Read the case

Every quote waited on the owner, sometimes for days.

The problem
Quotes ran through the owner. When the owner was busy, customers waited days for a number, and sales reps had no way to move without them.
What we delivered
A custom quoting app that lets sales reps, and customers themselves, generate quotes on their own.
Why it matters
Reps and customers can generate a quote without waiting for the owner to be available.

03 / Where AI could help

Recognize any of these? That is where we start.

Possible applications, not promises. The first two reflect projects we have delivered; the rest are common opportunities we look for in an assessment.

Delivered / Project A

Manual report handling

Your team reads reports, forms, or PDFs and re-types the numbers by hand. AI can extract the values and feed calculations, with a person reviewing what matters.

Delivered / Project B

Owner-dependent quotes

Pricing logic that lives in one person's head, turned into a tool reps or customers can use.

Possible application

Repeated data entry

The same customer typed into the CRM, the spreadsheet, and the accounting software. Connect them so data moves once.

Possible application

Disconnected workflows and slow follow-up

Inquiries that wait for a reply, handoffs between sales and delivery that drop details. From a single focused app to an internal platform your operation runs on.

Every opportunity is checked against your actual process during the assessment. If a simpler fix beats an AI tool, that is what we recommend.

04 / Approach

Process first.
Software second.

Entrepreneurs judge a tool by whether it pays for itself. So we start with how your business runs, then decide whether software is the right answer at all, and what it should actually do.

Analyze the process end to end

From lead generation and lead handling through onboarding and fulfillment. We sit with the people who do the work, not just the org chart.

Reduce errors and repetitive data entry

The same customer typed into four systems. A measurement copied by hand. These are the places money quietly leaks.

Standardize how work flows

One clear path for each job, so outcomes stop depending on who happened to pick it up.

05 / How it works

A clear path, priced before you commit.

  1. 01Free

    Initial conversation

We talk through how the business runs and where it hurts. No cost, no obligation. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

  2. 02Deposit

    Full assessment

A deposit funds a proper review: your workflows mapped, AI and automation opportunities ranked by priority, and a defined implementation scope with pricing.

    • Workflow review
    • Prioritized AI and automation opportunities
    • Implementation scope and pricing
  3. 03Credited

    The build

Move forward and your assessment deposit is credited toward the actual build. You never pay twice for the same thinking.

  4. 04Case by case

    After launch

Post-launch support is arranged to suit each project, based on what the tool needs and what your team wants.

06 / Straight answers

Questions owners ask before they commit.

Fit, existing systems, cost, the limits of AI, and support. Answered here so the first conversation can be about your business.

01
Is my business a fit?
A useful starting point is work that repeats: re-typing information, interpreting reports, or waiting on one person. Our core clients are established businesses across Canada and the US, but smaller businesses and anyone needing one specific tool built well are welcome. The first conversation helps establish fit; the assessment examines which opportunities are worth pursuing.
02
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
Not necessarily. We start from the tools your team already relies on, such as your CRM, spreadsheets, accounting software, and the documents you receive, and look at how a new tool can connect to them. What can be integrated depends on each system, and we confirm that during the assessment rather than assuming it.
03
What does it cost, and how is scope set?
The initial conversation is free. If you want to go further, a deposit funds the full assessment: a workflow review, prioritized AI and automation opportunities, and a defined implementation scope with pricing. If you move ahead with the build, the deposit is credited toward it. We do not sell fixed packages, because the right scope depends on your process.
04
Can AI make mistakes? Who checks the output?
Yes. AI output can be wrong, even when it looks convincing. A responsible implementation needs clear review points, especially before results affect a customer, an order, or an invoice. Review responsibilities and acceptable error risks should be discussed when defining the scope. The goal is fewer manual errors and less repetitive work, not a promise of zero errors.
05
What happens after launch?
Support is arranged case by case, based on what the tool needs and what your team wants. Some clients want ongoing adjustments; others want a clean handoff. We agree on it with you rather than attaching a standard plan.
06
What happens in the free initial conversation?
We talk about how the business runs and where work gets delayed or repeated. Bring a bottleneck, a tool idea, or a process you want to improve—you do not need a technical brief. The conversation helps us decide whether a full assessment makes sense. No cost and no obligation.
